Terms of Sale
All orders placed with ProHealth Ltd are subject to the acceptance by the customer of the following terms of Sale, excluding any other terms. All orders placed with the seller automatically imply the full acceptance by the buyer of all these terms and conditions.
Orders
All orders should be sent in writing via email or placed via the website. Please fill in all required information on the form of Request Quotation, including personal information and product details. You can also request quotation or send orders by facsimile.
Shipment
The delivery date is ProHealth Ltd best estimation of the time the material will be shipped from its warehouse and ProHealth Ltd assumes no liability for loss, damage or consequential damages due to delays. A charge will be made for shipment as specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise specified ProHealth Ltd will normally use the best, least expensive surface transportation.
Returns & Exchanges
ProHealth Ltd is committed to providing high quality products and services. Upon receipt of goods, you must verify the quantity and content of the products received. If you are not satisfied with our products or the products does not perform as described on the datasheet. Please contact our customer service specialists by sending email to cs@prohealthltd.com. Any claims of discrepancy to the products ordered must be made within five working days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization of ProHealth Ltd. Any items returned to ProHealth Ltd should be placed in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. Please note that shipping, handling and packaging charges are not refundable.
Warranty
All products are warranted to be free of apparent and hidden defects. They are not warranted, nor do we assume any liability:
a) for misuse or apparent defects once the goods have been used.
b) for hidden defects, when recommended user instructions have been followed or when the products have not been used according to state of the arts methods.
ProHealth Ltd responsibility is limited to the value of its own products. No responsibility will be accepted for consequential loss arising from any reason.
Payment
Our invoices are payable upon the receipt of invoice, unless the terms state otherwise. Our net payment terms are calculated from date of invoice receipt, not date of goods received.
